I have a small question mam as i have slip disc problem i am taking pain care serum + perfect health serum + balance serum (17 healing per day)

in my slip disc case can i take gym serum too ? because gym serum serum gives the effects of exercise, yoga and other exercise so all these days i was not taking gym serum so should i add that serum ??

Mam just saw its gym serum for strong and flexible body and if stiffness causes pain then we can add pain care serum

mam shall i take 9 doses as i have my cricket tournament coming in another one month so 9 deses will be fine ??
