I have been facing stomach ache since 6-7 years and I have visited to all the doctors many of them did endoscopy and all the required treatment and taken many tablets but i did not get healed and it is very pain ful at times while eating I have should half litre of water bottle next to me or else I cannot eat anything like fruits anything which is light weight food and it also pains when I am simply sitting sometimes it also pains when I am sleeping in the afternoon or in the night please help me to get rid of this digestive system problem please guide cosmic serum combination
