Adding to above tip @"Rakhi-Certified VK Teacher" maam, I have created Energy Circle with Tiny Sweet Curve with my name in it and daily charge with Divine VK. I'm seeing physical difference in my body appearance.

I would like to share experiences here about servant, as Rakhi maam mentioned VK is an intentional tool. Every day our servant used to make lots of sound while washing vessels and cleaning the room, my intention was simple that she has to come and finish all work silently and perfectly. Divine VK understood my intention and nowadays we don't guide her but on her own she does everything silently and perfectly. Please keep ur intention for highest good and Divine VK will manifest it.
