VK is really magical i am proud to be expand my scientific mind with VK.

The best time to do kundalini meditation is before meal, it will give you more beautiful feeling and sensation.

After food our digestive system and related organ need energy to digest it.

However you can request VK anytime for kundalini meditation, but personally i will recommend before meal to get more awareness and sensations through chakras.

Kundalini is actually described as The amount of energy stored at the bottom of root chakra.

This is always an eternal experience when kundalini rises upwards.

This energy makes you calm, relaxed, materialistic dettachements and freedom from worries.

According to scriptures or mythology it is called as Serpent

or we can say flow of Current through our Chakras from root chakra to crown chakra.

When kundalini rises upwards it causes lots of tingling, vibration through meridians. According to some yogis complete awakening of kundalini takes lots of meditation, practices and morever divine wish.

Once kundalini rises completely a person becomes highly able of what we called psychic powers.

20 rotations /or you can just put VK over bottle for 2 minutes.

All clear serum × 3 times
