For example you feel fear of public speaking

Just touch your vk and say

U leave the vk aside for 30 mins with enough practive u will see results

In the above pharase In place of Hypnosis u say emotrance or Yuen method for getting emo trance and Yuen method healing

U have to target it

Like if u have

Wow this is great I always listen to hz waves on YouTube I have some audio files too

I think that we should not mention the number of hertz

Like in mantras or Affirmations we tell the mantra or Affirmations only we don't tell vk the number of times in the same way we can ask vk directly about alpha brainwaves with safety and security this way Vk wisdom will decide the appropriate dose of hz that u require

You can also charge bottle of water with it and then whenever u want the energies u can sip the water when u need this state the most like after a tiresome meeting or after go get back from ur work
