Hold VK in between your hands and say Golden Sunrise 3 times and do 15-20 rotations over glass of water

Then again hold VK in between your hands and say Study serum 3times and rotate over glass of water(15-20rotations )

Hold VK in between your hands and say Brain serum 3times and rotate over glass of water (15-20 rotations)
