deal not getting done
one of my friend is looking for a shop. he also most found one ready made show and negotiating for it from past two months and the deal in not happening. he wants that ready made shop so that he can start business imm. what can i suggest him or what can i do form to get the deal done throug vk positively. the deal isd almost near but not completing plz advise
