  Vitamins B and vitamins D are not serums.they are vitamins

As i mentioned in the above question my dad has arthritis and hes using medicine bcoz of that he has no pain now but still he has arthritis..so can i still continue giving him pain care serum or else stop that and give the remaining serums as suggested by sarath sir.. please clarify..
