Why I acquired VK?
I decided to get a VK to help me cope with anxiety which I have been battling for a long time although I am much better now. This anxiety stops me from doing many things I enjoy doing including socializing, etc. I am using Golden Sunrise, Pain Care Serum, Perfect Health Serum, Bravo Serum, and Mood up serum. Anything else I can do to overcome this problem? All responses would be welcome, responses from Sharat Sir and Rakhi-ji would be welcome. Looking forward.

To cope with anxiety take Alpha Male Serum, Mood Up Serum, and Bravo Serum as much as possible. Also, take care of your stomach, and cure your acidity by mimicking any antacid.

The combination of serums which Sir has suggested to you ,you can start it without any second thought.
Do find out the root cause for your anxiety and do work on that .

Looking at your multiple posts and situations you were dealing with, Mood up Serum will help. Sometimes anxiety is because of not being able to cope up with more situations. Here MOOD UP SERUM helps as it elevates the person to rise above the problems.
Do you still feel you need CALM DOWN SERUM or would you choose MOOD UP SERUM
Thank you, Rakhiji, for your response. My anxiety makes me very restless so I thought CALM DOWN would help. I'm still not sure if MOOD UP or CALM DOWN. Sharat Sir has also recommended MOOD UP so I will try it out.
I have stated my problem in greater detail today in the MIND EMOTION discussion. I would be grateful if you could look at that and advise me.
