RAHU DOSH

Sharat sir, Rakhi ji,
One of my friends family is disturbed due to the change of behaviour of their daughter in law since past few months, she is blaming her mother in law and other family members without any reason, They have showed Birthchart of Daughter in law and son, They were told to do RAHU 72,000 japa and Homa each for the couple, also to use 7 karat GOMED stone ring in silver for the daughter in law,
As i know Energies of Balance serum,All clear serum, Love serum and golden sunrise can be used to the Birth chart
As i want to help this family and need advise should i give above energies to all the 9 planets in the birth chart, or only to the particular planet Rahu, in the birth chart,
Should i also use Rahu shanti mantra /Rahu gayatri mantra separetely for the both
The Rahu japa and homa expenses for the couple is costing high, which they are not in a position to spend for time being,
Kindly guide me in helping the family of my friend
