Bulge in Lumbar
Golden Sunrise Litairian Team,
Kindly guide as to what serums to use as my MRI shows bulge in L4, L5 and compressionin S1. Worried if the pain mostly in my left side will aggravate as am travelling to office by cab.
I am currently taking PHS, BLS, BNS, PCS, ACS and Gs. Also mimicking Acupressure for Spine and Lumbar.
Is there anything else I can do.
