Cure for Painful armpit lump ?

I have suddenly got painful armpit lump.. since 2 days..
Have done VOB for 10 mins in the night before sleeping.. But it didn't help..

I felt it maybe it was an incorrect attempt for the issue.. Could you please guide me through..

I am already taking below serums for my various health issues:
GS+KPS+ACS+IS+PHS+BalS --> CKD Issue (10 doses)
GS+FS+MMM+SGM+KDM+BalS --> Women Health & for Kids (10 doses)
GS+FDS+GYS+BS+AWS+ BalS (5 doses)

For armpit lump , you can do VOB with All Clear Serum/Golden Sunrise.

Maybe it needs more energy....so continue.

You already have ALL CLEAR SERUM in CKD dose, so that good.
