hello everyone
my question is about my son who is 3years 2months old..usko skin allergy si ho rhi hai Jo theek nhi ho rha..both legs ...feet ..hands...nd on face ..or itching bhut ho rhi hai..doctor ne bola ki es ko kuch kaatne se allergy hui hai..pr theek nhi ho rhi..doctor prescribed medicine of
cetrizine syrup nd
cream diya hai..
plz suggest serums for stop ths type of skin allergy nd quick relief
