Dear mentors
I would like to know how to use VK
1. For ADHD / ADD
2. Reducing stiffness in body especially neck area
3. Making a child committed and focussed on any goal without distractions, not just studies

You can use SEARCH option on forum and website
I got this link with keyword ADHD in search option
I just used STIFF in search option
