After 10 days of painfree life without any painkiller my mother is experiencing same severe pain for the last 2 days and had to take painkiller even though i m still giving the charged water every 30 minutes.

Does the recurrence happen during the treatment plz clarify

This microbleeding case is there with my father. He is also suffering from vertigo which i forgot to mention earlier. As this vertigo issue not showing any improvement can i add ENT SERUM with the same bottle as per ur guidance as i suspect this vertigo is due to ear problem as he is facing a little bit problem in hearing in one ear.
