    This microbleeding case is there with my father. He is also suffering from vertigo which i forgot to mention earlier. As this vertigo issue not showing any improvement can i add ENT SERUM with the same bottle as per ur guidance as i suspect this vertigo is due to ear problem as he is facing a little bit problem in hearing in one ear.
