My organization is asking me to come to office from next week.

Though i have 2yrs old baby, i’m not able to go to office and i want to do Work from home and im doing night shift were i will miss my baby and family.

Can you please give your guidance to do work from home and that should not create a problem with my manager or boss by demanding me to come office. Please support Sharth Sir Golden Sunrise!!
