Dear Teachers !

Sharat Sir has guided us different ways to take healing energy by the Divine VK out of them which one would be more effective out of the below techniques:

1.Taking charged water.

2.Requesting Healing energy name (3x) and placing on the name of the healing receiver.

3.Requesting Healing energy name (3x) and placing on the picture of the healing receiver.

4.Requesting Healing energy name (3x) and placing the Divine VK for 30 mins.

Request you kindly add any other way of healing request.

All the ways are equally effective. Water method is most convenient as many people can take from same bottle for common energy requirements.

One can have multiple doses through water. Fulll energy is received by each person.

Through other methods like direct requests you can send energy to events, situations, bank accounts , meetings, etc.

In other methods when you send energy to more than one person at the same time, energy gets divided among them.

You can devise your own creative ways and experiment. And also share with us.

I do variations in the methods and i personally do as per my convenience. VK is an intentional tool, it follows your heart. Do not think which is the most effective way, rather think how you can use VK more creatively so that you can help more for self or others.

When we shift our focus to creativity rather than questions , we attract more towards us. This is from my personal experiences with VK.
