    Please I will be going for my knee surgery tomorrow at 10:30am Canadian time what will be the best cosmic serum to use with VK and also to keep me calmer

    Before surgery remove VK and keep in safe place. You should be the last person touching VK. In this way even if you dont have VK, you can call it with your intentions and request any healing or talk to VK till you get back your VK.
