When we need to connect to Angelic Realm one need to get attuned by Masters for this connection.

I wish you add here that angels are for our support. So its about angelic connection and angelic messages. We request help from them as they are powerful supporters and they immediately come close to us when we call them.

One can directly communicate to angels anytime. It depends on mind status and or psychic abilities.
