We have 3 types of body nature such as

Vat-Pitta-Kapha

Vat means wind

Pitta means fire

Kapha means water

With these, we have 3 subtypes of body nature such as

Vat Pitta-Vat Kapha-Pitta Kapha

To bring a balance among these,

You can take BALANCE SERUM daily either with DIGEE SERUM or ENT SERUM as the case may be.

Start your day with the above serum even before your first meal or tea every 10 min maybe twice or thrice with charged water. And then continue throughout the days for at least 3 months or more depending upon the severity.

Additionally, you can give a direct request to VK

Just hold VK and say

VK PLEASE ACTIVATE TO BALANCE VAT PITTA KAPHA DOSH IN MY BODY… Say 3 times in one go.

Make this request daily. The number of times in a day will depend upon your own need. You can start your day with this also.

Plz, note you also have to put a check on your diet. On one hand, if you request VK to balance and on another hand if you consume the only diet which causes higher imbalance… It will not make sense.

Yes you can.

Or you can simply use BALANCE SERUM daily at least 4 times a day. BALANCE SERUM works in 23 unique ways, including balancing of 5 elements.

When you use BALANCE SERUM without any intention, it will work on all required areas on its own.
