    1) Can I use Men serum and Gym serum with gym drinks like BCAA, Whey protien, Glutemine

    2) Can I use other serums during other times of the day.

    1. Yes You can take MEN SERUM, GYM SERUM, PERFECT HEALTH SERUM, GOLDEN SUNRISE along with you body supplement products.

    Please also charge your supplement products with VK.

    You can also charge any cream or body lotion and apply on your muscles pre and post workout for better results.

    2. Yes sir you can take others serums also during other times in day.
