Please help. Ihave alot of areas thatneed healing. I have neuropathy and all over body pain. I am also over weight

And I’m addicted to chocolate and sugar. So I’m having trouble losing weight because I can’t seem to stay away from those two products. I also need to have help with my money issues as I’m 74 years old I would like to retire but cant afford it. I also suffer from depression over my weight and my health.
