    I completed 39 weeks of my pregnancy and developed mild contractions last night… Today when we went for checkup, doctor told me to come again when frequency of pains increases. We came back home. I was happily waiting for my natural delivery all these days but now suddenly Iam getting very scared of labor pains and delivery. Pls guide me how to heal myself…

    Golden Sunrise to your healthy delivery and also a loads of blessings to you and your baby. You can use your mentioned combo without Pain Care Serum. If pain will reduced then how would you know the perfect time of delivery, so avoid taking pain care serum.

    You can look at the labor pain not as a painful feeling ….but as a signal for arrival of your bundle of joy….your baby…..it will be easier for you
