Golden sunrise Devine master

My mother is suffering from water logging in her right kidney. She had undergone stent to improve drainage. Since two days her urine output declined creatinine went to 2.99 urea 182 Haemoglobin 7.2. her infection is very high.

I am giving her All clear serum, mahamritunjay mantra, key pen serum, heart serum, zapper healing 9v 10 kilohertz with safety and security, immune serum, balance serum, shield of seven rays, Hanuman chalisa.

Please advise

To control infection

To improve Haemoglobin

To improve urine output
