You can use medicine energy with VK provided you know thats exactly what you require, because VK will only mimick it.
For antibiotics, there are different antibiotics for different infections. Also many people develop resistance to antibiotics, so same antibiotics don’t work for them !!
Thats how sometimes Doctors keep changing medicines till they know what suits the patient.
