    If i forget to say to me at the end of a request sometimes which i think i have done does the energy still come to me?

    When you request you already have the intention in your mind….that you are requesting for whom ,,,maybe self or anyone or event or situation. So VK knows for whom.

    You would not take energy names just without any receiver in your mind !!
