Golden sunrise vk teachers

From past three days I m doing foot massage of my daughter before going to bed coz I read the benefits of it recently… But my question is when I m very tired and can't do the massage how can I use vk at this time… Can I rub it on the foot for 2-3 minutes… Or rotate it for 15- 20 times on the foot….or Mimic the reflexology….

You can do it in all the ways you mentioned.

While mimicking reflexology, please keep the intention with safety and security.

Whenever we mimic any medical treatment or healing modality, we can keep this intention.

You can always do different ways and experience VK differently.

You can even directly request VK please give the effects of 10 min oil massage to my daughter’s feet.

If you know the oil specify it. You can do this with safety and security intention
