    While doing vob can we chant heal now forever instead of serum name and if yes which one is better to chant either serum name or heal now forever

    That i have already read but i m little bit confused in case of chanting while doing vob thats why i asked the about that

    After reading the BASICS of VK if you practise VK healing you will never have procedural questions.

    VK is a practical healing. The more you practise the more you will learn.
