GOLDEN SUNRISE

According to my BMI, my weight should be between 45-50kg.

But after my second delivery, I reached 81kg. It's been 1.5 years.

My mental health is also effected. I always feel low, don't feel like going to family functions.

I didn't take care of my nutrition till now.

Started eating healthy food recently.
