In order to send the VK energies to someone, does that person needs to first agree to receiving it? Or VK energies will make an impact on that person nonetheless? I am asking this because I have heard that healing can reach a person only if he/she agrees to receive it and that we shouldn’t send healing energies to anyone without their permission.
