Regarding your 1st question.

Scientifically …biologically , females have growth of height till teenage and males till around 20 or early 20s.

This may happen in rare cases upto age of 22/23.

Switch words work only on subconcious mind. There is no role of subconcious mind for increasing height after above mentioned age groups.
