    I am requoting this because the FB post might have got deleted as I have deleted my FB account.

    I had told you about my issues with my singing voice that I had been facing since January. I was trying grunge and eventually hurt my voice(by the way I sing rock and that uses vocal fry and distortion) … Voice took many months to recover to some extent but I can't connect the notes in the same way to give out that raspy voice(earlier it was as easy as drinking water)… I can only sing clean and also I have lost a lot of my range… Listening to my old records I can not help but feel depressed.

    I had used the combination you suggested, but it hasn't helped off yet anyhow.

    ENTS, ACS AND BS… In Feb I went to an ENT Doc but he said that he couldn't find any problems in my vocal cords(could be his carelessness idk) … I just can't seem to know the real problem with my voice.. I had to go for auditions but now will have to skip this year as I have already wasted 6 damn months!

    But i am over that problem now I feel better and have kinda developed self acceptance and am not worried about it…

    One thing….

    When I wake up sometimes I have this mild pinching pain in throat and when I exert I this dense and dark mucus… I feel from my throat.. This pain goes away in the day time…

    Also somedays I am with this stuffy nose.. I am using jal neti to reduce it and it is working just fine…

    Just wanted to tell for proper understanding and ask if this might be increasing the problem

    Jai neti is a good practise if one has kaffa imbalance. I assume you have learned it from a yoga teacher and practising it correctly. Hope you are using lukewarm water.

    ENT SERUM will help you in clearing these congestions or any other throat irritations.

    You can even gargle with VK charged ENT Serum , Pain Care Serum warm water.

    Charge your jal neti water with ENT and ALL CLEAR serums,

    I have got a chance to record a music video on the basis on an audition that happened in January… And now they have contacted me… But till now I haven't seen much of an improvement… Its a golden chance for me
