    Namaskar.. A friend of mine is under treatment on multiple neurological issue and on steroid medication. He gets giddiness. Almost all doctors have not much hope. Though he is a self made man and having lots of will power.

    Should I give him: BRAIN SERUM+ MAHA MRUTYUNJYA +PERFECT HEALTH SERU Or anything more should be added, kindly advise.

    Add Balance serum and Digee serum in the above combo. Tell him to reduce acidity immediately.
