Though at present you might not be detected for Anemia, Iron deficiency has a very high chance that leading to Anemia.

So, with Rakhi Mam’s VK TP 92 you may also include this video to prevent Anemia till you reach an adequate amount of Iron Levels.

In some cases, Iron Deficiency is due to the inefficiency of the body to absorb iron from the food we eat.

For this, You may rotate VK on your food before having it with the intention of proper absorption of iron by your body.
