to save time i would like to listen to a meditation tape and another tape which consists of 11 powerful mantras both on separate occasions after direct request of beauty serum, aws, acs and balance serum as it keeps my thoughts positive during the 30 mins is this ok to use at the same time or is it to many things at once?
