Sir my wife is facing the problem of hyperpigmentation in mouth and inner mouth area is black due to pigmentation itiching in mouth and I read on net this happens due to liver problem excessive production of melamine food also does not digest her weight had tremendous loose with in last 6 months.

Kindly guide me what treatment I should give to her.

One thing more she is also facing ageing problem all skin is hanging like at the age of 70 and she is 48 years body becoming weaker like old age I think ageing cells are more producing in the body .
