After teaching for many years I’m returning to my first love theatre. How can I best utilize ( Vk, the serums. energy circles etc. ) to assist myself to function at peak creative performance in the following areas : focus, memory,and self confidence). An example would be I am about to sing a song in front of an audience, even though I’m prepared doubt starts to enter my mind . Suddenly I can’t remember my lyrics and in one case I was so panicked that I couldn’t even remember where I was on the program order. I came off as very unprofessional, even though I have a beautiful voice and do have talent.
