Want to know how vk can help in my situation

I have always problem to defend my rights and my things and to be more strong to tel no to some situations or person that do things against me

I know that this is the result from my education . but now i know the problem

I trie to defend my rights but i dont have the confidence

I have vk i do everyday serums like

I dont feel the result yet

What can do else
