EFT is EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUE , it works to release stuck negative emotions by tapping mechanism. It is known to release mental blocks too. Helps in healing organs from pain and suffering which are due to trapped emotions.

With VK you can mimick this with a simple request to VK. Or charge water with its energy with intention safety and security.
