    Also I want to know that, VK mimic yoga, pyramid etc mentally. I exercise yoga nearly 45 min plus I have Jiten pyramid for marriage and Fortune card physically. So If I use VK for yoga and pyramid and do exercise yoga and pyramid. Will it give me double benefits?

    Rakhi mam, for last two week I charged water with perfect health serum, heart serum, all clear serum and creatageuos with safety and security. Mai ye 3 serum aur creatageous mimicking 2 min me water me charged karta hu aur turant drink karta hu. To kya mai 20 rotation ke baad turant drink karu ya rotation ke baad 30 min wait karke drink karu? Kyuki english language me thoda confusion hai.

    how do you charge by rotation or by keeping VK over water saying energy name.

    For rotation you have to do 15 to 20 rotation for every energy upto 1 litre water.

    For keeping VK over water say energy name thrice and keep VK over it for 1 minute.

    As for your query once you finish charging you can drink this water straight away no need to wait for 30 minutes.
