I was having question on how to utilize the VK to max even in busy schedule.

So I come up with the plan which needs xls file, and stop watch app.

I have healing plan xls file example as below and Sand Timer app from play store.

Column 1: Sr. No.

Column 2: Healing area & activation

Column 3: Healing Dates

1       VK Deva, activate to make "XYZ"             23.07.2018

immunity system strong for cold &           24.07.2018

cough NOW and FOREVER                   25.07.2018

26.07.2018

This list keep growing based on number of healing you can carry on.

1. I start with update the date column. For example today is 26.7.2018.

   With this you can keep track on no. of days healing performed.

2. Then I request VK to activate healing like:

   VK Deva activate healing 1

   VK Deva activate healing 1

   VK Deva activate healing 1

3. And start the Sand Timer for 30 mins.

Once 30 mins are over then I move with above method for healing 2nd, 3rd and so on…

Any improvements or corrections are welcome.

I think you are also answering your friend @chetan_shirol question which he posted last week on using VK in busy days.

Nice way of putting the schedule.

Sharat Sir guides us that you can use titles for healings andvsend energy with title just getting into intention about the healing….the way it is done for wish manifestation or Golden Sunrise manifestation….activate healing distantly with the titles in your intention.

One point i noticed you want to keep track of dates of healing. Generally this is done in experiments. If one get more into dates….one may get attached to the timings or get into calculative mode of how much time….rather our intention should not be focused on days….if you can just release this focus….maybe it will help more.

Or you can just note which day was first day…if you feel without looking into it again.

Another point is immunity system for cold and cough ….instead say immunity system for perfect normal breathing or normal functioning respiration…..here you change the focus FROM ILLNESS TO WELLNESS.

I have been reading on this and I have a question. If i use ENT, ALL CLEAR, PHS, GS and Zapper, since that is already five, can I add immunity system for perfect normal breathing or normal functioning respiration..as per your suggestion above?

Can I add a request as one of the 5 energies?? This is like adding intention as one of the energies.

If I have 10 healings with titles "healing1" to "healing10". I keep requesting VK for every 30min to activate each healing.

After two days, if I remember only titles and forget the intentions, will VK still work and send those energies to specified receivers or situation or events??

I know it's a silly question but just wanted to clarify with you mam.

If the paper in which I wrote healing 1 to healing 10 is not with me or if Iam somewhere else… Can I activate these healings distantly just with titles even if I forget the intentions??
