Hi, i have just ordered Divine VK , im new user , i need to know when ever we need to make request to Divine VK , we need to Hold in Hands and then make a Request ?

Asa we get it , within how much time we need to start making request ?

Can we request for 7 Layers protection shield for self and near ones as well ?
