Past 5 years my brother was under treatment from a dietician for Heart disease, which mostly comprises of Diabetes along wt Obesity & fluctuating Cholesterol & Triglycerides level. His stressful job round the clock without sleep & without exercise made his condition more worse but followed a strict diet regime.
