Pls help me to develop my business,

I want to get back my customers. I am always thinking in negative, I am taking GOLDEN SUNRISE, ALL CLEAR SERUM, TOTAL WEALTH SERUM TO MY STOCK. And also I am unable to control my stock which is huge now, I am also doing payments late, which is not fair for me. Pls suggest so that I can make my payments in time. The customers when come to my shop they will bargain to much, the same customer will buy in another shop with out bargain, I am fed up with bargain business, I am unable to make more profits. Pls help me man.
