Ma'am I have a question.For instance I have applied oil on my body which is charged with beauty serum and alpha women serum. Then if I want to take energies of different unrelated serum in direct request or by water then how much time gap must be there or required .

If you apply a moisturizing cream on your skin. And if you feel hungry or thirsty do you keep a gap for eating or drinking by mouth?

Same analogy applies to energy. Oil or Cream is also an energy so is water.
