Thank you Rakhi & Anit. While doing initial steps of filling region, language the laptop showed that there was some error & needed to restart. Then while doing updating same thing happened many times. Next day also. Error & restart and nothing else. Called laptop company. Reset it as directed but problem not solved. Next day they sent their engineer. He updated the software with usb. Problem remained. Reset. No change.
