Facing a very difficult position at work place

Golden sunrise. I am heading an institution air force school, as principal. Being a defence organisation, I had looked at working in a secure environment. But soon I came to realise that due to d intervention of our bosses who r air force personnel, wives of air force people at such schools r always given a hearing without doubting their intentions

Similar thing happened with me wen i had an argument with one of my staff members who happened to be wife of an air force personnel

She takes this to her advantage n really is rude n arrogant towards me. Lately she was objected by me fr an act which had given a wrong reflection of management to d parents. She was asked to explain her act in written (as is d procedure). She has answered back but pointed out all fictitious n manipulated incidents, which I am sure, she would send to my seniors as well.

I am not at fault anywhere but I am feeling humiliated that this I would be answering all concocted n framed up situations to ppl around.

This has really taken away my peace of mind
