Firstly I would like to thank you for your full-time support. It's a commendable job. Hattsoff.
I want to know the set of serums I should take in order to create a work-life balance. Recently I got married and along with that, I took internal transfer in the same organization. So at home front and office everything is seeming new to me. Responsibilities have increased, so my mind is feeling captured with to do list but I am able to deliver very less. At the office front in my previous team, it was a very relaxed job, not much pressure and now it is bit strict team, lots of discipline regarding timings, work & late sittings. I want to keep balance in work at home and office. I want to improve efficiency at the official level and keep my manager happy with me. I am a bit worried about the official role these days. Please suggest.

I read the link you have shared, I can take intention of balancing work and home out of those shared intentions and along with that, I can take Balance serum.
