How to ensure employee loyalty to safeguard the company
1.Our manager was allowed full freedom. to meet clients all was knowing all confidential information of the company. Ultimately he joined our clients and suddenly left he company and snatched all orders.
Today I learnt that Main Accounts manager joined us last year @Rs30,000/salary was increased to Rs40,000/ is doing secretly part time works in duty hours with the manager who cheated us.
Our employees are cheating inspite of getting good facilities How to safeguard the company.

On a paper write the Name of your company.
If you are the owner you can wtite your name too along with the company name
Hold VK and rotate on this paper while chanting
